The History of Our Store
Scott Miller was founded in 1985 in a small Fairport house, and since then has blossomed into the beloved 15,000 square-foot salon, spa, and store it is today.
As soon as you step foot in the store, you know that Scott Miller is truly one of a kind. A self-proclaimed “Beauty Junkie,” Helen created the store as a solution to the opportunity she saw in Rochester. Growing up in Brooklyn, NY, it was easy to fall in love with beauty and haircare, as everything was so accessible. She saw a need for accessibility to the industry in Rochester, where the beauty and wellness market had yet to truly boom.
Today, Scott Miller Store remains at the forefront of Rochester’s luxury and clean beauty, skincare, and haircare market. We believe that everybody deserves luxury, but luxury doesn’t have to mean expensive. That’s why our goal is to consistently create luxury in the everyday.
