Standing Appointments FAQ
A standing appointment is best for someone that can schedule appointments for the year without needing to make several changes due to your schedule. A specific time with a specific service provider is held in advance for the year so if changes are made often, it can affect the schedule of your service provider and other clients trying to schedule.
You can schedule as many appointments as you need. You can make a notation if you would like all appointments scheduled on the same day or different days – whatever works best for you. All Scott Miller appointments may be scheduled as a standing appointment.
No worries! Just give one of our Client Relations Coordinators a call or text at 585.264.9940, and they will help you with the change to best suit your needs. We do request at least 24-hour notice for any change or cancellation of any appointment as not to incur a service charge. Please see our Cancellation Policy.
A new standing request may be filled out at any time. For clients that currently have standing appointments, please complete a new form in December-January for the following year. Standing appointments run April-March each year.
We do our very best to accommodate all requests! There are times that we may need to find an alternate time or day based on the service provider’s availability. Our providers want to accommodate all their clients as best as possible.
