Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable, and an appointment reschedule or cancellation may be necessary.

If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. A charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged should adequate notice not be given.

This courtesy allows the availability to schedule another client from our waiting list and maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others.  

– Clients who No Show for an appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

– Should you arrive 15 minutes or later into an appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and this could result in a late cancellation fee.

– New and existing clients may be asked to secure an appointment with a credit card.

As a courtesy, we will send a text confirmation 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment and an email 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment.

Please call or text the salon at 585.264.9940 should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do not respond to the confirmation text or confirmation email as these reminders are not monitored. Please get in touch with our Client Relations Coordinators if you are not currently receiving these reminders. 

Shipping & Returns Policy


Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) using the United States Postal Service. The USPS’s delivery standard is 3-4 days, but delays may occur. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes) for most destinations. For certain destinations, free shipping is available on orders over $125 due to higher shipping costs. Exclusions may apply.

Local Pick-up

In-store pickup is available during regular business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call (585) 264-9940 or email to make arrangements.


Unused products are accepted for a refund by original method of payment within 30 days of purchase with original receipt

Gently used products are accepted for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase with original receipt

Sale items, open fragrances, candles, bath and body products are not eligible for return or exchange

Hair dryers, flat irons, hair tools and specialty items are not eligible for return or exchange

Returns are only accepted from products purchased at Scott Miller or We do not accept returns from other retailers.
