The temperatures are rising and you know what that means, we’re all ready to change our hair. It’s the season when people want bright and bold blondes to match the weather. This summer we’re all about the natural blonde with dimension. Hair colors that require upkeep and maintenance just don’t vibe with the feeling of summer. We suggest staying away from going too platinum during the summer months. Double processed hair is more vulnerable to the elements — chlorine may turn your hair green, and too much sun will dry it out.
With that being said, the painted blonde was made for summer. While ombre is still going strong, we’re embracing more overall lightness. It’s a low-maintenance and graceful grow out. Our senior colorist and education, Liz, shows us how it’s done. Keep scrolling to see our summer transformation.
